We stayed here for about 4 months and loved everything about it! It’s quiet and calm. There are so many amenities and things for kids to do. My little boy loved the playground and the pool :) laundry room is always well kept up and I also love the fact that you can get propane refill there too. There is also a small gym that is open 24/7 (I wish I would’ve used that more lol). The front desk ladies and maintenance workers are very friendly and helpful. We have used this location several times as a waypoint to visit family. I have not been happy with the rates but accepted them because of the convenience. However during the last two visits we have not even been greeted by the staff and been given pertinent information such as bathroom codes. Another guest informed us that there were facilities in the clubhouse that were not locked. When I went into them I found there was no paper and they were very dirty. I called the manager and got the code for the other facility but... read more
I'm not rating rooms since we travel.in our own RV. We had a great stay. Only negative was a lot of sand burs we couldn't help tracking in and sticking to our puppy's feet and fur.
We loved our stay at American RV park! The staff treated us like family! If ever in the area again we will definitely stay here!
Everyone is so nice here. I've been here 5 months and do not have any complaints..Dog park is large and playground for the kiddos is great and site well kept
