Jeff Thome was awesome. He was very patient with us as we decided what option would be best for us through the many weeks of back and forth emails. The delivery man was professional and right on time. He gave me a call 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was by himself and still managed handle my pallet containing an 18×33 pool with ease. Not an easy job but he handled it well. Also i should've added this about Ibsen before but i just came back from American Sales and just met Sal. So i have to include them both for their great customer service. Every time i go in i have great customer service. Hands down my favorite store for all my pool and outdoor buys.

I had a fine experience. The TECH who came out Joe was wonderful. So knowledgeable. I would recommend buying from them one of the things I liked is that once you got your hot tub they have somebody come out and help answer your questions. One of the things I did not like is they make you pay in person even though I live far away
