Stored my stuff here for 4 months, on the 4th month my lock was cut and a bunch of my stuff was stolen. Management never reached out to me, I just showed up one day to grab my stuff and saw my lock cut up on the floor with a Gahanna Police Dept. business card asking me to call them to report my stolen stuff. I would not store your valuables here, they will not keep them safe for you.

Great experience! Recently rented small unit. Karen was great, very attentive and helpful with reserving the unit and a small moving van for transport of belongings. She had timely follow-up, genuinely cared everything went as planned. Important Note - can only rent a truck from this location if going one way, not local round-trip. That was odd, but it's a U-Haul thing, not the storage place's. Entry code never works and have to go into the office every single time. Became inconvenient when moving out items when the office was closed. They also had a break in and had us pay for a new lock even though we had insurance
