Initially my service a review was fantastic, as of late I’d have to say otherwise. I have tried to access my storage unit and my code stopped working, I called to ask why and a rep said I missed a payment. I said “that’s not correct” I received confirmation of payment from the website a receipt. Surely it must’ve been an error I was told I get a call back. I didn’t. Would give zero stars. A friend secured a unit at this facility. Went to go access the unit and could not get in, the access code was no longer working. After calling, was informed that he had missed a payment. However, has bank statements and a paid receipt from the website. Promises of calls back that never come through. Emails sent to addresses given my customer service that bounce back and most importantly NO ONE ever on site at the location to speak with directly. This service is abysmal. paid in full over a week ago still can't get thru the gate. Gate code not working happens all the time and no person on site to correct issue. It's ridiculous that we can't access are stuff. Bout to say screw it and jump the fence to gain access to are stuff. As of now I feel like there trying to keep us away from are property that is properly paid for. I would give 10 stars if I could. Had some issues with my uhual pick up/drop off (not their fault app issues) and Ashley and Rick were so helpful. I appreciate all their help. Highly recommend.
