I was helped explained the sizes of the storage over the phone and in person Chelsea was very knowledgeable she was so polite even when I asked alot of questions.. She is extremely knowledgeable which to me is very important she made sure I knew what size storage I give her 5 stars!!!!!! I gave the company 4 because I have the storage longer than I want but it is their (the company's) rules not her's I think overall it's a good company, Great location!
Would give zero stars. A friend secured a unit at this facility. Went to go access the unit and could not get in, the access code was no longer working. After calling, was informed that he had missed a payment. However, has bank statements and a paid receipt from the website. Promises of calls back that never come through. Emails sent to addresses given my customer service that bounce back and most importantly NO ONE ever on site at the location to speak with directly. This service is abysmal. I have been using this storage facility for over 2 years.. my boss is the one renting.. Im the one that uses it for our supplies several days per week . Mice are a constant issue! I replace the bait stations and traps i pay for every 3months or so! I have a bachelors jn eradicating and proofing for mice at this point. I rarely see any staff!
Initially my service a review was fantastic, as of late I’d have to say otherwise. I have tried to access my storage unit and my code stopped working, I called to ask why and a rep said I missed a payment. I said “that’s not correct” I received confirmation of payment from the website a receipt. Surely it must’ve been an error I was told I get a call back. I didn’t.
