We have only great things to say about our RV carport. The crew that came out was very efficient and friendly. Once we were put in contact with American Steel and not dealing with the dealer, it was smooth sailing. We were never told that we had to contact AS to check on the status. Even after being told by AS that they did not have an order for us (dealer doesn’t check his emails at all and AS had told him he didn’t attach a copy of the order) he did not help by contacting them nor returning our calls. From the time I sat down to figure my garage it was an excellent transaction. I received a couple of calls to make sure the details were correct. In about 8 days I got a call to tell me that it was ready to be delivered. We made arrangements for delivery. Aldo and his 3 team members called and said he would arrive at 12:30. They got here at 12:25. They started working almost immediately. All 4 of the guys had their own jobs. It was almost like it was choreographed. I love the garage and I'm thankful that you could wait for a few months while I had my site work done. The only thing I wish is you could recommend somebody to put spouting on because with the curved roof I'm not sure how to do that and the water is running off the garage and taking out all the fill dirt that I put in to build the garage.
The building is very nice but the overhead garage door is not very good. The door leaves gap on the top. The door creeps down a couple of inches when fully opened and does not seal very good on bottom. I would suggest using better doors
