Far from satisfied. I was contacted the morning they were scheduled to arrive and informed that they would not be there that day and were 80% certain they would arrive the following. The garage was finally up the following afternoon and their quick work shows. It leaks, the upper corner part of the roof is already loose, you can hear it moving on a windy day. Bad from start to finish! Never showed when they were supposed to. Young crew that could not speak English. They half assed everything. Screws on the roof were not screwed in all the way. They went crazy with the drill and scratched my building. The garage doors were scratched up and they tried to cover up the scratches with a paint marker. Why would they think that is ok? The building was installed by non speaking English people, so communication was impossible, washers were left off a few of the mounting bolts, some of the trim was substandard.

Not off to a good start. Depending on how install goes I may adjust my rating good or bad afterwards. So far though American Steel does not seem to be well organized. I received a text on May 13th asking if I was ready. I instantly replied yes. Well Friday May 24th I receive a call asking if I was ready because I was never put on the ready to install list. Everything was amazing right up until we placed our 2nd order less than 2 weeks later for a 12’x 30’ lean to attached to this carport you just built. Your website had pictures of them. Your office guided us thru the order, you accepted my down payment and confirmed our order. Then after 2 weeks I called the company and was told there was no order in my name. The quality of my building is poor, and when a repair that it is under warranty arises, their customer service is an absolute joke! Severely regretting my decision to purchase from American steel carport
Great installers! Need a true color sample for materials. The color samples in the dealership doesn’t match the metals at all. Especially disappointed with the earth brown color. Looked dark brown in dealership sample but red brown when we received it. Supervisor was supposed to contact us but never did.
