Best Gym ever! I absolutely love it there!!!
Most friendly and the most active gym!!! All hard workers but love the process of putting in hard work and have fun while doing so!!!! The martial arts classes are amazing with high level fighters and people who want to learn self defense but also the cross fit classes are amazing guaranteeing a workout session of a life time!!

The Absolute BEST Gym in Georgia. For Starters, The Staff Here Are Second to None. Everyday I walk in I never fail to have someone tell me "Good-morning!" or "How Are You Today?". The Mecca of Georgia MMA. Douglas and Dhiego Lima are great warriors and role models. Norman Simoes is a fantastic black belt instructor and mentor. Devon has a heart of gold.
