Top notch. Hailey was not only cute af but so helpful updating me throughout the week before I bought my ninja H2. Held it for me. Owner GAVE ME THE PRICE HE SAID FOR MY TRADE IN. Didn't talk me down once I rode 400 miles to pick it up. Very transparent about cost and every fee! There were some speed bumps that were all rectified on the spot by the awesome sales and shop personal.
Great overall experience. Was very open about every detail, wonderful help with everything I needed help with. They made sure to get me to the bike I wanted.
It was a good experience. Everyone from sales to service was very helpful. Got a great rate and wouldn't hesitate to go back. I'll be getting my service done there very laid back and professional.
Inventory was good but the only person to talk to us was the mechanic. He was super friendly. No salesman would come out to help. I guess we will check out Main Street Cycle in Mississippi instead.
I can't say enough good things about this crew! I worked with Haley over the phone and text to purchase a go kart for our son's birthday. She was extremely helpful and responsive and made this purchase as smooth as butter. My schedule is pretty wild these days and she made this transaction easy for even though I was coming in from over an hour away. My boys have got the need for speed and can't wipe the smiles off their faces shredding in their new Torpedo. Thanks y'all, we'll be back!
