When ordering our baler belts from America's seed and belting, I talked directly to Rocky and placed our order with him. The new belts made it from the warehouse to Colorado in 2 and 3 days. One little mix up though, the belts that showed up were ones for a smaller baler. I called Rocky, got the right ones on there way and printed off return labels to put on the wrong 8 boxes. Mistakes do happen even in this high tech world we live in! Would still do business with this company in the future!
