The belt was fine. The customer service is not. We received rivets when we asked for pins. They did not offer to have them returned for free or anything and then we had to pay for the pins and shipping for them so we were out $26. do not order over the phone without first knowing exactly what you want.

Our manufacturer does have a restocking fee for items that are ordered incorrectly or if the customer just does not want the product after placing the order.
