Easy to get to the location. Right off of Hwy 94. Had an interview to work with the drafting team. Met with Tom who seems like a great guy. I am excited to learn new techniques and ways to complete the job. If i get chosen ofcourse.
This company takes advantage of employees. Don Johnson the plant manager is crooked, he takes employees requested days off that he verbally approved turns it around and says theres a no call no show. How they get rid of employees Don Johnson doesn't like. In the 5 months I was there they went through 8 welders. This product is not welded by welders who know the product but by anyone they can pull off the streets or who can hold a welding gun. These parts will crack.
