So far I'm happy and surprised. I was very impressed t that one of my accounts have been settled. I thought I'd be waiting for a longer time but this is excellent. My request was professionally handled. I was to the point of being provided with templates, not just describing how best to respond to creditors. I was given an e-mail template that acts as the best way to write those emails while responding and that helped a lot.

I am new to the process however, everyone that I have dealt with has been very friendly, helpful and patient. Its a lot of information to process and to get everything set up. Everything so far has been explained every step of the way. There are information emails that are sent regularly to help answer any questions or concerns that may arise and there is always an invitation to contact them directly if desired.
