It would be good if you would pick people that could speak better English and would be easier to understand sometimes other than that, it was pretty good.
Best decision i ever made to contact Americor I will soon be debet free and whenever I call the person I speak to is always, always polite and very patient ( I'm 70 i have to write down things to rember them) lol I would recommend Americor to everyone !!!!!
Good feeling with getting back on track.The staff members are friendly and informative.The only thing is the why's we are informed, email's , texts, App and Calls.Example: when I get an offer it is sent with all the above.Options : Approval with same as above. Plus Calls. Sometime back to back calls on the same item. The back to back calls happen within minutes of each other.
