They were quick to help, very thorough.
They’re freaking awesome! As of now, the way they keep me up to date too whats going on.

Martin was very good at explaining things to me to and was very helpful when I had questions. The only thing I was a little upset with was when I went on to create my American portal I saw that each month my payment was going to about $13 more due to a fee. It still stayed within my budget but I should have been told about that. It doesn't change how helpful Martin was and he made the process very easy. He also seemed very relatable to me and financial troubles!

I felt comfortable with everyone with whom I spoke. They carfully explained every step and made sure I understood. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt they heard me and would do everything they could to help me become debt free. Melanie was awesome!
I haven’t been in the program long enough to have a lot of experience, but what I’ve had so far is excellent. I really like the guy who’s been helping me so far. He’s friendly, responsive and very helpful. I know he’s totally there to guide and represent me. He’s taking lots of time to insure I understand everything going on. I feel I can count on these guys to help me get out the mess I’m in.
I liked that they took command and let me sit back and relax.
