Luci was extremely helpful in revamping my payment schedule to be aligned with my SSA benefit payments. I am very appreciative of her help. Initially we had a poor telephone connection but she took the time to call me back and verified everything we talked about. She is an excellent employee.
I liked that my questions were answered by Elaina honestly and she put me at ease in my journey to paying off my debt.
Not happy with the way they have and still are handling my Best Egg account. I feel this account could have been resolved way before I got a summons for court. Now I need to find an absorbent amount of money to try and negotiate with Best Egg before the court date to avoid a garnishment. So not right.
I spoke with Shelly V. and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Anytime I call Americor they pick up promptly and answer any questions. They have really taken the stress out of this process. I can't imagine any other company that deals with this type of service to be better at this!
