Americor has been very straightforward with me about my debt resolution, and has always answered me honestly. During the signup process, they had a number of questions to determine my eligibility, and we decided to not include a couple of the creditors because of my relationship with them. I felt very comfortable talking to Mathew about the program. He explained everything to me in laymen's terms so that I could understand everything that was said and done. Mathew answered all my questions and I enjoyed conversing with him on several things. I feet great in my decision to enter the program and if need be, I would refer them to any of my friends or relatives, if they are ever in the situation, that, I was in. I feel like a heavy weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.
