What I liked about this service. My debt consultant Luke. Was very knowledgeable about my situation. He explained to me the steps I need to take. To get my situation under control. Luke is a class act.
All I have to say, is that it has been a really pleasant experience working with Kassandra. She is a true gem, and helped me through this process. It went very smoothly and very fast!!
I keep getting emails saying they need to talk to me about a negotiation. I call and email back. same thing next day. Need help with communication. so far not happy with this part of the process. Other than that Maritza did a great job dealing with Target. Hope communications improve.
