I spoke to an extremely wonderful lady who finally explained things to me, that ones in the past had not. She took extra time when reading the information that have to read, She would stop and make sure I understood what she read. So very kind and helpful.

The program does have several fees associated with it but the ability to just have to pay 1 payment, reduce the amount you owe and it be hassle free; it was well worth it.
