They made the process so easy. Every step was explained and I was walked through it all.
I signed up with Americor in July of last year to settle my credit card debit . It's now September 2023 and they have 8 accounts in full. There are another 6 that are in progress of being settled. There are 4 more waiting for funds , they have reached a settlement agreement with these accounts pending funds . I have to say that they have contacted me as soon as they got a great settlement, checking for my approval then when I said yes they followed up on getting the settlement done. Their process is very lean, the website is well designed and intuitive, their customer service is top notch: you feel they have your best interest in mind and any message or inquiry is immediately acknowledged and timely responses are provided. I like they email you tips on how to deal with debtors, payments and what to expect as you make progress through the program. I feel relieved that they ensure guidance and coaching every step of the way, it makes the ordeal and its challenges less stressful!
