They seem to just take care of everything and get it done. They've been real polite and helpful. They're doing their job perfectly so far. It's been wonderful.
Very helpful and very friendly. I haven't had any problems or complications. I haven't really been with the company long enough to see how it's going to go as I've only made two payments so far.

I've just started the program and I don't have any complaints but people that I have spoke to have been very knowledgeable and kind. I don't have any patience though, 😂 so I'm very anxious for these creditors to get paid and to get through this. I understand it's a process and it'll take some time.
They bend over backwards to help me. They did everything spot on. I have dealt with Gary and he is very professional and very helpful.
You have to go through a lot to get what they want done. I wasn't comfortable with the way they were only going to pay half of everything. But when I understood what they were doing and didn't feel comfortable with it, they cancelled with me rather easily.
I trust them. It's very good customer service everything is awesome. My processor, with all this collection that they do, did an awesome job.
I would definitely recommend Americor based on my experience so far. I've been nothing but pleased and I'm definitely going to stick it out with them. The representative took time to explain everything. He answered all of my questions. He broke everything down about the process, expectations, everything.
They were pleasant and they sound like they mean well for me, they work for me, and they're trying to help me. I've enjoyed working with the people.
