Every time I call or they call me for whatever reason, they always give me enough information that I can understand what's going on. I've been getting feedback from them letting me know what's going on and stuff.

I got with you just for this month, so I can't really say much, but my server was good. There's been good and bad if I'm being honest but I think I got it straightened out yesterday.
They make sure every aspect is gone through and all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed. They make sure you understand everything.
I guess all I can say is it's been all right. I just wait to hear from my creditors regarding settlement. But I saw in the e-mail that I got today that those letters of settlement usually don't come until after six months. So I'm just being patient and making sure that all my money is always there if you go into the account. They're there if I call them - I get answers when I have questions and I check my portal. That's usually up to date and it's been okay. I trust what's going on.
They constantly e-mail me and text me, so I think that is quite reassuring. I've had a wonderful experience and have no suggestions. I'm looking forward to getting the aid that I need for this process. They really got into my personal situation and it really felt like they were caring for the situation and what they could do.
They always answer my questions. I don't have to listen to a recording - I get a live person. It gives peace of mind. I don't have to worry about paying a bunch of bills. Saves me a lot of money.
