Alittle frustrating all the late phone calls, but other than that has been a good experience so far.Customer service is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
I love the fact that I am able to get reliable assistance and relief from debt at a lower cost than the original amount. Plus the resources help me to understand how the system works plus lower my stress level when I am concerned about certain creditors.
I have been very pleased. All my questions were answered and everything is going just as they stated. I have not had any problems so far. It has given me peace of mind and a way to debt freedom. I am impressed by how everyone has been so helpful and how they are so willing to make sure everything is done correctly.
I’m satisfied so far with the services only one account cleared but I’m definitely doing my part to see the overall experience in the next few months I’ve only been in 4 months

Thankful for the text messages the phone calls from the lawyers. Also direction and advice on how to handle phone calls and gave me rules of recieving calls from credit card callers they showed me and explained ways so im protected and shouldn't fear collector calls. Mostly gave me peace from worry about late fees and do and donts that this company will do or not so I know who is requesting payments.
