When I first talk to the representative I did not realize That you talked to my creditors to reduce the amount I owed I first thought this was a loan. but now I amd happy with what is happening.
It is finally starting to pay down debt with 2 out of 4 creditors reaching settlement. It gives me hope for the two left to settle. It takes time to get enough money in the savings account to negotiate with. Americor has been helpful and flexible to my unique needs when I have encountered unexpected financial hardships. Each person who I have worked with has been professional. Where I have used the online communication feature I have less success and this is where I find it more challenging to work with on a few occassions.
The quickness of reaching a resolution with the creditors and information provided to help the goal of resolving my debt.
I immediately connected with Bill G. who made me feel comfortable. Best of all he was not judgmental about my debt and made me so happy that he could reduce my debts and get me free of them within 4 years. He’s very personable and upbeat. I really enjoyed working with him.
