Initial contact was very helpful. Went through all my bills, picked bills to add to program. Received advice on using credit cards. (Began using debit cards and most credit cards were closed. My only problem has been that you will not accept auto payments from my on-line bank. That's annoying and problematic since it forces me to transfer funds to a local bank and pay from there. Transfers can take anywhere from three to ten days, making it hard to be sure the money is in the local bank to pay you. So far it has worked.
Received my first text message about approval of a negotiated offer! I was so excited l called instead of approving online. You cant imagine the excitement I felt. The Agent explained the offer to me which thrilled me. After approving that one, i received a second one a couple of hours later. Ive been in the program over 6 months but had some challenges with my biweekly deposits. Im on track now and looking for to continuing to clear my debts.
