Joy S is an absolutely amazing person and was so kind to me in reviewing options available to me. She is very patient and I am sure is that way to all. First time using this debt-free program. The person I was talking to is Ms Kristina M. She is very helpful and patient and kind. She explained it to me and answered all my questions.
