When starting the process, I did not know what to expect as it was a bit intimidating not knowing what was to come out of this, but customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the process. I started in January 2025, and it is now April, and they have settled on 2 out of 5 of my credit cards. I didn't think it would be this easy, but they made it an easy process. I highly recommend Americor.
