Great customer service. Being in debt is not something that can weigh on you. They helped me feel as comfortable as possible throughout this process and I always felt that someone was there if I needed it.
I tried a company prior to Americor and I discontinued using them because they were taking money out of my account but we're not keeping me informed of their progress, needless to say I canceled and received a $900 refund. I must say that Americor is top-notch, they kept me informed and gave me updated information without me requesting it. I did not have to chase them and they got the job done!!! they have done everything that they said they were going to do. I have no complaints on what is going on. Theyre keeping me up-to-date all the time and theyre taking care of business. I think theyre great.
