They have been friendly and provide services on time! Affordable monthly plans as well. Draw back calling for help takes you to Bangladesh or some place!

I have been extremely disappointed this winter season. We are on a top off program and it was our understanding that at 60% we are supposed to be filled. It has been consistent in every top off this winter season that it has been well below the 60% finally getting a top off. And that is after several calls to get it done. I’m not sure if you’ve outsourced your customer service calls , but every time I’ve called it’s been extremely difficult to talk with the person about the top off program. Very disappointed customer here.

Tried to get ahold of someone last year to come and put a small tank for our bunkhouse talked to your robots and then never heard back from anybody terrible customer service! Can't talk to a person anymore

There was a lot of ups and downs when starting our service. But through it all the company staff worked hard to get the issues resolved. We have enjoyed the persons who have filled our propane tank up and service it. The call in has improved, along with the customer care. Thank you.

Holton's has been consistently friendly and punctual with deliveries for the 11 years I've been a customer. When I first moved into my house I spoke to a different company about service and was met with a very rude and condescending salesperson. I then chose to call Holton's on recommendation and since then I've been a loyal happy customer.
