Very bad service I have been going these days 30 to 50 minutes before the closing time and the entrance door are already closed only the exit door are open and they wont let you in Look like they’re only waiting for the closing time to run out of there

The delivery service is great as always. The problem is the automated payment option. I tried getting my payment done for 2 hours one day and the call was dropped on me at least 8 times when transferred to the secure payment option. When I called and was able to speak to a representative, and I spoke to several trying to get my payment done for 2days. I didn't want to believe the nasty reviews about this place, so I guess I deserved what I got. As soon as I was able to leave work I picked up my three empty 40lb tanks and headed here. It's less than 2 miles from where I live. Their hours say they close at 5pm on Fridays, I arrived at 4:15 as he was locking up the front gate to leave for the day. He saw me pull up and kept right on locking up. Believe the reviews. I'll never go back.

To say the customer service I received this morning was subpar, would be giving more credit than is due. I can't believe that I can't set up auto pay over the phone. Thanks OK, I'll just start looking for another provider. You don't have to beg me to go away!!!

You can fill your propane tank here. It's far less expensive than at the gas station or even Walmart.
