Very bad service I have been going these days 30 to 50 minutes before the closing time and the entrance door are already closed only the exit door are open and they wont let you in Look like they’re only waiting for the closing time to run out of there

The delivery service is great as always. The problem is the automated payment option. I tried getting my payment done for 2 hours one day and the call was dropped on me at least 8 times when transferred to the secure payment option. When I called and was able to speak to a representative, and I spoke to several trying to get my payment done for 2days. You can fill your propane tank here. It's far less expensive than at the gas station or even Walmart.

We keep getting billed with late fees every time, it's seems like they do it deliberately so they can get more money out of the customer, we never received notice of when the bill was due, it's become ridiculous that we have to go through this every time. They always want to charge us more for our tank.

I told the phone rep I needed 125 gal she made the order for only 75 gals it didn't fill my tank and now I don't have a discount code to finish filling horrible price and service
