This review is specifically for my technician David who came to my house for a leak check and refill. He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from top to bottom. Every step of the way he explained to me what he was doing and what I needed to do in the event a problem arose in the future. From making sure my pilot was lit to putting booties on his shoes to not get my floor dirty, this guy was amazing. I got a delivery I was not expecting and it was great. It was delivered before it went below 40% level, which is good to know when you have a standby whole house generator. There’s know telling when the generator will come on and how long it will run. Great job, thank you AmeriGas.
AmeriGas drivers come and deliver the product quickly, without hassle to the homeowner. They make the process virtually invisible to the customer, which is outstanding.
It all works, from registering as a new client to getting my first delivery in the middle of the snow. Kudos to the delivery guy, all the backup people on the phones, and of course the IT geeks! Delivery Guy comes with angel wings \(^-^)/
