Amerigas has run the business out of gas two months in a row due to the tech tagging out two of the cylinders owned by Amerigas. When I spoke with the tech he said it was due to an old style with a welded seam. The tech said he notified service at Amerigas that they needed to be replaced. I've called and been on hold for over six hours three different days trying to explain that situation with zero resolution. Absolute worst business to deal with. I would give them a zero if I could. We ran out of fuel during the frigit weather so no heat or cooking it took weeks to deliver, and they are literally two miles away from the house. They would text you to let you know the next day. and not show up or they would show up a week later and not a phone call or text. we made several phone calls to management to get resaults. No more dealing with this supplier we will look somewhere else.
last weekend i ran out of gas while in the shower, when i spoke with the office they told me i was on will call to order propane, i have been a customer for 15 years and have been on auto delivery the entire time yesterday i tried to call the office and the message told me it would be a 199-minute wait. i went to the chat and waited for a person for 30 minutes when i just shut down the computer. they say they are trying but not trying hard enough i voted 1 star as it wouldn't take zero stars
Customer service by in house personnel and the on site technician, Thomas was superior. They did everything they could to provide our gas service as soon as possible, all while being very friendly and courteous.
I went to set up a new account on a home that I had purchased. The representative said they need to know how much is in the the tank and said they would send someone come out a check the tank and line. Once that was done they could set up the account. I was stunned when I received a $300 bill for them coming out to check the tank. I would have better off to just have ordered a propane delivery.
