I ordered. 10 days later I was scheduled. No effort to narrow down my appointment time beyond “tomorrow “. The day of my appointment I get a text “problem w your delivery “. The problem was soft ground. It hadn’t rained in days. Even in pouring rain my concrete drive way goes all the way to the propane tank. They’ve been here before. Horrible I set up a tank check/fill they came out they told my wife we might want to try somewhere else when they got there because we are a little out of the way. Which was no problem when they asked for the card number for payment and then sent me a txt saying they would call to let me know what the issue was and never got ahold of anyone or got a call. UPDATE: After Several attempts, someone in management was able to take care of us. They not only honored the rate, they sent their truck next day to us to fill up. Thank you! Received this postcard in the mail. Called to order since code was not working on site, customer service said it had expired on the 25th of August. I shared the postcard received which stated the 9.29.25 exp date, and they refused to help. I escalated, asked for management to call, they never did. As I’m sitting here on hold for the 3rd day in a row for over 30 minutes I can’t help but write this review. Amerigas has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After being billed $150 a month for a tank rental instead of $15 a month, I decided it was time to find a new company. It took months and MANY phone calls talking to someone in a call center that I could barely understand to finally get a refund for the overcharge. Their customer service is so incredibly rude! The woman kept talking over me and would not let me talk. Very fitting for a 2 star rating. If I didn’t already pay, I’d go somewhere else. Tried to get an eta on when someone was coming out for delivery, they don’t send a text or anything. Claims the guys in the truck don’t carry cell phones hahahaha.
