Horrible I set up a tank check/fill they came out they told my wife we might want to try somewhere else when they got there because we are a little out of the way. Which was no problem when they asked for the card number for payment and then sent me a txt saying they would call to let me know what the issue was and never got ahold of anyone or got a call. I ordered. 10 days later I was scheduled. No effort to narrow down my appointment time beyond “tomorrow “. The day of my appointment I get a text “problem w your delivery “. The problem was soft ground. It hadn’t rained in days. Even in pouring rain my concrete drive way goes all the way to the propane tank. They’ve been here before. Awful company to deal with. We had the same experience just about everyone who reviews them said. They make promises on delivery and never follow through. We waited twice for delivery and never showed up or bothered calling. We finally canceled the order. There are plenty of propane companies who would love our business so don't settle for a company who doesn't care about their customers or getting new business. BEWARE!!!
Absolute worst company. Took forever to get set up - then appt day comes and they say I’m not even on the schedule. Now, 6 months later I smell something and call them- THEY ARE CHARGING ME $800 for that call!! Nothing was wrong with my system, NO work was done and I’ve been calling them since. Just ONE day, I spent 4.5hours on the phone with them (getting transferred, dropped, hold) and I’ve been working on this for about two weeks with still no resolve. This is wildly sketchy. UPDATE: After Several attempts, someone in management was able to take care of us. They not only honored the rate, they sent their truck next day to us to fill up. Thank you! Received this postcard in the mail. Called to order since code was not working on site, customer service said it had expired on the 25th of August. I shared the postcard received which stated the 9.29.25 exp date, and they refused to help. I escalated, asked for management to call, they never did.
