We just had a huge snowstorm and my driveway was not yet plowed when they came to deliver yesterday. They usually have to back halfway down for the hose to reach. The driver slogged through the snow and tried anyway but the hose wasn’t long enough. Today a Vineyard Propane pickup with a plow showed up and they asked if it was okay for them to plow so they could deliver later. Not only did they plow the driveway, one of the guys dug out my car. Now that’s excellent customer service!
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I waited over 10 days for a delivery with absolutely no heat and horrific weather single-digit weather. There was a brand new baby and an elderly person living in this home. I explained that to them and it meant nothing.
Needed a delivery before the expected storm. We were scheduled for a delivery on Monday but they came on Saturday easing our minds. Thank you so much for great service
We called and requested no delivery x3 as the house was being shut down for a couple of months. You were rude and you delivered and charged us anyway. Horrendous experience
Really easy self service kiosk for exchanging empty propane tank for a new one. You can also buy a new tank without exchange. Exchanging at tank costs $37. Takes credit card.
