I just want to give a big Shout Out to the Man who delivered to us on Sunday. Freezing cold still at 12:15 Aneudi ID: 126434 has been making our deliveries since we have had AmeriGas and he is the best. Very professional, Hardworking, and just an all around nice guy. After calling 3 different times waiting a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes each time to try to speak to a supervisor who spoke English to come out and correct a problem with the gauge on my tank. Still, nobody has bothered to come to fix the problem. So that you can properly fill my tank with propane. It is a useless outfit and nobody seems to do what they say they're going to do. Allowed my parents to run out of propane with electric monitors on the tank. They’re on auto delivery. No way to contact local delivery Phone number transfers out of state. The driveway has been plowed out. Sent a text saying driveway is not cleared. Will be switching companies. They should have never let them run out of gas.
If you care about your family, your sanity or your wallet stay far away from this company. AmeriGas Propane has abandoned my family. I have spent several hours on for the last 6 days being lied to by this pathetic excuse for a company that my propane delivery was coming "the next day," after I paid $300 for an emergency delivery 6 days ago. I am a first time customer. I needed my tank filled because we had run out. I scheduled my delivery online. I was given a three day window within which the delivery would take place, but was also told I would receive an email the day before the delivery. The next notification I received was a phone call from the delivery person who had already delivered the propane, and was standing in my driveway and needed access to spaces in my home to do a leak check and light any pilots.
