Worst service imaginable! Customer service is a joke and my bill was over $400 more than it should have been! Driver claims tank was at 11% when filled, but I have a picture of the gauge one week before filling at 30% on the dot! IMPOSSIBLE my tiny place used that much gas in one week, when it takes me 3 months to use 50%! Called and asked for a review where we were told they would charge us $300 to come out and inspect! I’ve changed my initial 5 star review to 1 star after constant issues with the national, corporate office. If the business was local and privately run by the great team here, I’d easily give them 5 stars. However, what could be seen as nothing short of unethical business practices by the corporation overshadows all of the good done by the dedicated staff throughout Wyoming. Terrible! We have been calling for two weeks for a delivery. The call center, which is out of country, has been unable to set up a delivery (which is supposed to be monitored and automatically scheduled). We are out of gas. For 10 days. Ever since this company was taken over by a national conglomerate, we have been unable to get reliable service. Take your business anywhere else. One of the worst experiences I've had with any retailer. Worst customer service in the world and terrible service on top of that. If there's any other propane services in your area, even if they are 'more expensive', save yourself the nightmare and stay away from Amerigas!
They've gone corporate, so I've had to change my rating and review. It's difficult to reach the locally managed office. Calls are picked up from goodness knows where and customer service is nil. Pricing is all over the board, if you can get quoted a price per gallon at all. Bring back the local, hometown service......please!
