AmeriGas has always been extremely helpful to me and my property in Red Lodge. During the fire, however, they went over and above to assist me and keep me posted as to what was happening on my property. Everyone is so helpful and generous of their time.
I started in Feb. To have them remove two unused tanks that belong to them I've called 4 to 5 times and every time I get told it is set up then the date comes and goes. We are talking to our lawyer about suing them for lost revenue because we are a mobile home park and we can't rent out the lot the tanks are on because they are blocking a new home from being put on the lot.
America’s will fill u up when prices are high and leave u a bill. My bill had an extra 40 bucks tacked on, and the math didn’t add up. Nobody could explain. They refuse to stop sending me mail and calling me. Rovkey mountain propane is soooooo much better. No bs trying to blatantly rip u off.
Bunch of crooks. I called and asked to fill up the remainder of my tank on summerfill and then set up prebuy for the rest of the year. The agent proceeded to quote me the prebuy rate and set up the contract. Last week I was quoted $2.38 for summerfill and $2.71 for prebuy. Not knowing that I couldn't do the summerfill rate after the prebuy i went ahead and set up the prebuy contract. This company is terrible. Last year when I first got my tank filled after buying my house they were supposed to send someone to inspect it first and since they have zero maintenance employees in the entire state they had the delivery driver inspect it. Right away we noticed a large ice mound forming on the top and the entire area smelled of propane. Called to get it fixed but again no maintenance in the area.
