The ordering process was very easy and the delivery was fast. While I know a lot of people don't want human contact, I would have liked my driver to let me know when he arrived. Also, I would have liked a summary in person rather than waiting for the digital notice. That's just me, I suspect most want contactless delivery, but I'm the opposite. Anyway, the driver did great.
Not good , very disappointed. Especially since I had to call at least four times. I called two weeks in advance to let them know that I was at 30%. I should not have to call at all. I’m monitoring my tank percentage every day. They have a monitor on my tank they are monitoring it somewhere so there was no reason for the delay because I’m on automatic delivery so I had to wait till my tank goes to 9% before I actually got a delivery., And that’s only because I had to call so many times, that is not good business ethics at all... read more
Heritage Propane was OK, but now it is Amerigas. DO NOT sign up with Amerigas. You have to go thru a call center every time you call, and answer all the same stupid questions before they even hear your issue. They cancel deliveries and don't tell you. Then to expedite delivery even though they canceled and didn't notify you..they want to charge an extra 300 bucks. I will cancel once the spring comes.
I would avoid this company. If you need to speak to a robot in a call center to order for gas delivery I guess they are fine. If you need anything service related it is nearly impossible to get them on the phone to talk and no one is at their physical location. I even went by and left notes on the door and never was contacted. They refused to work on my tank because it's personally owned and not owned by Amerigas and just dropped off a part for me to have to get someone else to install it and then proceeded to charge me ... read more
Amerigas didnt do what I have found to be the industry standard- bait with low first fill and then get you with huge price increase later. Amerigas/Heritage Propone is honorable and fair. Please call them so you will be treated fairly.
