Why can’t I give 0 stars or negative stars? Do NOT use them to service a remote tank. They are horrible to deal with. We had to takeover an existing account when we bought our cabin. They had to come inspect the cabin and there were items to repair. We repaired those items and then they found different items to repair that were unnecessary. We fixed those items and they refused to come reinspect the property and said they were no longer servicing our account. Cant get them to explain some charges. Called 7x to get explanation on a bill and they only forward my request to the 'local office' who never gets back to me
they never answer the phone and always seem to be late or completely miss our appointments
I am very satisfied with the customer service and the delivery all around.
This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I highly don't recommend them. We scheduled to get a new tank 3 weeks ago and they never showed up. They seem sketchy too with not answering our questions fully
