Worst company I have ever dealt with in 35 years in business. I just called to have my old tank picked up, (after I switched to Blue Star Propane), and Amerigas said the wait time is 77 minutes, could you imagine. This is 100% their typical customer service.
Terrible experience. Needed leak assessed and on hold for over an hour. Hung up and called back new service line and got in right away. Despite this charged a processing fee and leak detention fee of 300.00.
The way you padded my bill with hazmat and convenience fees there was no hazmat disposal involved in my order. companies charge this because they feel they can get away with it do to the ignorance of their customers. Driver was polite and proessional.
been waiting since 3/30/26 trying to get a pump fixed...it is now 4/29/26...multiple calls, hours on hold and they didn't show this morning for my 8am-noon window of repair
I ran out of propane. Because of Ameri Gas‘s faulty equipment. I spent several weeks swapping 5 gallon bottles out in order to cook and have warm showers. Then they charge me $400 to reconnect their faulty tank. The tank still broke by the way, the gauge says it’s 7%. 😂 So just know if you ever unhooked the tank, make sure you hook it back up before they come out there to fill their faulty tank.
