Horrible experience with these guys. Not only did customer service hang up on me mid conversation after being extremely rude and unhelpful. After I (luckily dodged a bullet and signed with another company), they did not come to get the tank until I Threatened to just have it removed from my property. And when they finally came to get it, they did not notify me at all even though I specifically asked them to notify of when they would be picking it up so that I could plan accordingly and be there. AmeriGas purchased the company we used to use. We were renting a tank from them. When we tried to have AmeriGas fill our tank, they said we didn't have an account. Then they started charging us a rental fee for the tank. We couldn't get propane from them, so we told them to come pick up the tank. They said they'd waive the tank pick-up fee. They did not. We gave AmeriGas a "1" star only because there's no "0" star option. We let your company average out payments not knowing that you would not notify us of price increases but rather put cost overages towards an additional "balance" that we owed. By the time we found out, we owed $1800 more, which made it difficult to change propane providers. But change we did, and the price per gallon was half of the price you've been charging us. We have been with AmeriGas for eight years and just learned that our neighbors have been paying half of what we pay. We will be leaving them as soon as the other company can switch out the tank. We are certainly upset about this new revelation!

To start this company was I’m assuming bought by amerigas, the prior company was good to work with. Amerigas is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I would go far as to say maybe the worst company in the country. Wait times are long. All customer service calls are through call center with no customer service. No online chat.
