We waited for three days in a row for our LP gas to be delivered, but they never reached out or communicated with us. Despite our consistent presence at home to receive the delivery as requested, the communication was severely lacking.
Amerigas has the worst customer service of any company I've ever worked with. They charge you for everything. They charge you to fix THEIR tank, and if you don't get it done on their timeline, they charge you rent. I had a broken tank, lost 15-25% of my gas, and got harassed for it, got billed for rental for the tank they didn't fix, then when I told them to quit, they billed me around $500 for the inconvenience of them having to pick up their own tank. Took 16 days for delivery from time I ordered. And it seems it is 2 $2 more compared to other people in the neighborhood. Felt I was rip off on thr price. Thanks
The only reason I’m giving AmeriGas 2 stars is the driver that delivered our gas was outstanding. Mike Wolfe deserves all the credit in making our experience remotely good. Mike arrived around 7 PM after we made numerous calls to the AmeriGas Corporate office as our delivery was delayed with no revised delivery date and only 3 days of gas left which meant we would run out of gas on Sunday. 0 stars… I would not recommend amerigas to anyone. They told me that I would get 24hr fill up for free since it was my first time filling with them. That was a lie. It took 3 days. No one ever mentioned a gas leak check that was $150 or a delivery fee. This was all one person when I first called. I tried calling multiple times to try to see when my gas was going to arrive and all I got was AI answering service which was a annoying loop… The communication was soooo horrible because there wasn’t any at all.
