Good company but needs to work on customer service.
Ordering online went well. Delivery was quick.
I’m not sure why this place gets all these negative reviews. I had a first class experience with them about a month ago. I had a leak and called them. They sent out a guy (John?) out of the Wayland, MI office, who was very professional and very pleasant. He explained everything he did and the repairs that needed to be made. I was very happy with how it all turned out and how professional and courteous John was and how he handled the entire situation.
