I was told they would come fill my tank 4 different days. they were a no show. Then they finally came and filled tank, they charged me charge me twice the price per galllon compared to their competition.

RUN as fast as you can from this company! Biggest rip off I have encountered on our move. We originally went online looking for a propane vendor and thought hmmmm, Amerigas sounds like a great company. I wish I would have dug deeper. We set it up to lease our underground 250 Gallon propane tank for 89.00 a year, with a 3 year contract to purchase propane from Amerigas. Do NOT use Amerigas locally in Mountain View Arkansas. We arranged to PURCHASE a 250 gallon tank locally because we do not meet the annual minimum usage to lease a tank. Amerigas arranged for the purchase and delivery of the tank. Upon delivery, I called and informed Amerigas that it was set up wrong and that it was stating we were leasing the tank. I'm on the budget plan. The monthly cost adjusts based on usage which works out well. I'm also signed up for the auto delivery. Based on usage again, the company has known to deliver propane at just the right times. It is a very good system.

This is the final bill for JUST REMOVING THE LEASED TANK. We owe no outstanding lease payments nor propane delivery. We purchased a tank and no longer need the lease tank. BEWARE!
