Called for quotation, spoke with an individual who was difficult to understand due to language barrier, got transferred to another individual who was short, rude, and ended up just telling me they wouldn't provide anything. Terrible company with 0 ethics.
Operations Manager Melanie helped to ensure we received prompt delivery of our propane prior to the arrival of harsh winter weather.
Prices double market value. Can not understand phone reps, takes way to much time to complete simple things. When the phone used to go local office much clearer communications.
The worst company I ever dealy with. Terrible customer service and the most expensive prices compared to others. Switched companies now and am much happier and paying less than half of what I paid with Amerigas.
I would give them zero for customer service if possible. We canceld our service (because after a repair of a part on top of our tank that is known for breaking, they wanted to charge us a 300 repair bill saying we ran our lawn mover into it....impossible, broken part was on top of the tank and we dont have a riding lawnmower). We scheduled a time for tank pick up (8 am to 12).. they did not show up. We called...the call center said they had till 8 pm...so 12 hours of our time. I called back at 545.
