In January of 2024, I wrote a scathing review of AmeriGas because of a horrible customer service experience I had getting a propane delivery. At that time, I would have recommended that everyone AVOID using AmeriGas altogether. My conclusion about AmeriGas at that time was this: "The AmeriGas off-shore customer support model does not provide customer support. The AmeriGas online systems are flakey.
