Beware! Their billing/collection practices are the worst I've ever seen. I had an emergency incident on 8/5/25 and went to the Baptist beaches emergency room. They determined I needed an emergency surgery that could only be done at Baptist downtown and called for a transport. I attempted to refuse and they wouldn't allow it. I didn't receive any communication until Nov 4th which was a statement/billing dated 10/15/25 showing that my insurance has paid a portion on 10/10/25 and that I owed the bulk of the $3000+ in charges. ... read more

One of the absolute companies to work with. Their staff are rude and unhelpful. My mom is a senior citizen who was transported by this company twice in three days in October 2024. We have been making good faith payments (as much as she can afford) and that was verified by the company. Without any good reason, they sent her to collections. So much for trying to do the right thing and paying them. DONT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY. There is a reason why their rating is so low. Shame on them. My mom was transferred to UF North Hospital and in the process her rollator was lost in the process. Edwin Lopez, the Operations Manager, worked hard to find the rollator and my mom is so grateful. Thank you Edwin!

One of the worst post service provider seen! Unfortunately nothing would be in our control when we end up using this service for our loved ones. Used this to move my lil one from Baptist south to Baptist Jax hospital as they did not have beds for the lil one. Received huge bill. Tried to work with insurance provider. They did their best to work with these guys though these are out of network(through their partner Zelis). They will make you sign a waiver form and balance bill you what ever your insurance doesn’t cover. Please do not use make sure you hospital or 911 service does not use them or their partner Zelis or you will be paying over 1k for a 20 minute drive.
