One of the absolute companies to work with. Their staff are rude and unhelpful. My mom is a senior citizen who was transported by this company twice in three days in October 2024. We have been making good faith payments (as much as she can afford) and that was verified by the company. Without any good reason, they sent her to collections. They will make you sign a waiver form and balance bill you what ever your insurance doesn’t cover. Please do not use make sure you hospital or 911 service does not use them or their partner Zelis or you will be paying over 1k for a 20 minute drive.
One of the worst post service provider seen! Unfortunately nothing would be in our control when we end up using this service for our loved ones. Used this to move my lil one from Baptist south to Baptist Jax hospital as they did not have beds for the lil one. Received huge bill. Tried to work with insurance provider. They did their best to work with these guys though these are out of network(through their partner Zelis). This is a great ambulance company, I am always so excited when I see Ameripro instead of liberty. Haillee is so knowledgeable she makes you feel safe.
