Still open in Louisville and Lexington, no longer at 1500 Bull Lea Rd. Their website is incorrect. Phone number on their website still works.

They were nice, but failed in transporting a patient. We drove next to them or behind them entire route to destination. Driver on his cell phone entire time. Not happy when your loved one in back of ambulance. Both hands not on the wheel.. Holding phone to ear, leaning against drivers window, and using one hand to drive. Using his employers time, in transport for personal calls entire route. Not doing his job seriously or paying attention to safety. Not professional.

Update: A very concerned employee followed up with me and she was able to find my Dad's DNR in less than an hour! She was very pleasant and friendly, and even met me at the office off the clock to get the DNR from the office for me. That says a lot about her and it says a lot for the other employees that never followed up with me over the phone or any other way. Kudos to her (Heaven Leigh Douglas)!! You rock!! I had the pleasure of taking an ambulance ride with "One drop Neil", and ironically he didn't drop me once. Grade A staff.
