I worked for Amica last year as a server and can't say enough good things about the staff. From the management to nurses, reception, housekeeping and the cooks, the level of care and attention to the residents was very touching. Each interaction with a resident was seen as an opportunity to contribute to their day and that was never taken lightly. I enjoyed my time working at Amica very much and have recommended the job to friends.

My mother has been with the assisted living section of Douglas House for over two years.
