A truly outstanding community where kindness and care shine through every detail. The staff and management team are exceptionally warm and dedicated, the environment is welcoming and beautifully maintained, and the residents create a genuine sense of belonging and home.
Great place! They have great activities for residents. The staff and management team is very kind and compassionate. They do a very good job with food as well. Overall it is by far the best retirement home I’ve seen in the city.
Nice building and very well maintained. The concierge is always pleasant and greets with a smile. They provide exceptional care to the residents and it was nice to see some unique activities on their monthly calendar
I feel relief knowing that my relative is well taken care of here. The standards of cleanliness, friendliness and overall quality of care and day to day experience are high. Thank you to the PSW Sherry Dean for being so caring and positive.
Staff appear really friendly. Lots of activities for my grandfather to get involved in. Outside of the specified activities there is not a lot to do. Rooms seem nice. The dementia floor feels a lot more home like then others I have seen (my grandfather is not on this floor we just saw it on the tour). Overall I would highly recommend this place.
