I feel relief knowing that my relative is well taken care of here. The standards of cleanliness, friendliness and overall quality of care and day to day experience are high. Thank you to the PSW Sherry Dean for being so caring and positive.
Lovely building top notch care. Great people. Management team has always been respectful to me and is dedicated to the residents, treating them with compassion and understanding.
Staff appear really friendly. Lots of activities for my grandfather to get involved in. Outside of the specified activities there is not a lot to do. Rooms seem nice. The dementia floor feels a lot more home like then others I have seen (my grandfather is not on this floor we just saw it on the tour). Overall I would highly recommend this place.
MOST CORRUPT WORKPLACE EVER!!! From the general manager Aliza Dundas as well as her assistant Kristen Southon and her lack of respect and disregard for not only her employees but the residents to the toxic environment of department managers such as Jane Santaluce and Sheryl Papp ganging up on staff. When this location first opened, it was clean and tidy. After about four or five months the place has gone downhill in terms of cleanliness. I'm not sure if it's the cleaning staff or the person in charge, but whatever the case may be, I personally wouldn't place my loved ones in this facility in this current state.
