Please be aware of the issues Amica is having when it comes to returning the $500 deposit to be on their waitlist. I initially spoke with the director Michelle in July, 2022, at which time I informed her that my mother had passed away and so would like her taken off the waitlist. I was told that the $500 deposit would be refunded, and I would receive a cheque in the mail within a couple of weeks. Update Nov. 17, 2022: Hello Charlotte, the general manager of Amica Little Lake, our head office finance team, and the VP of Sales are working to figure out what went wrong and finding a solution quickly. This is not Amica’s normal practice and we deeply apologize for this ongoing situation.
