Get directionsAfter attending several treatment centers over the years, I can say with complete sincerity that Amity San Diego stands apart. This facility did far more than support my sobriety—it helped me rebuild my perspective, my stability, and my sense of self. I arrived feeling defeated and uncertain, but Amity provided the structure, compassion, and guidance I needed to truly change my life. I would like to express my deep appreciation for Miles, the Lead BHT and Housing Director. His leadership and dedication had a profound impact... read more
My experience with Amity was outstanding from start to finish. Miles was truly the man—he supported me in so many meaningful ways and clearly laid out the guidelines that helped me stay sober. His dedication, patience, and willingness to guide me through every step made a tremendous difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did. My experience at Amity San Diego was genuinely life-changing. From the very beginning, the staff showed professionalism, compassion, and a true dedication to helping every client succeed. I want to personally acknowledge Miles, the house manager, whose guidance, steady support, and nonstop work ethic made a huge impact during my time there. Brittney was always easy to talk to and always listened, Chris listened to my nonsense with patience, Alexa consistently showed a good heart, Amy was the best case manager I’ve ever had, ... read more
This is the best detox in California hands down!! The house managers Miles and Logan are respectable, punctual, caring, and honest. Britany the Operation Director is amazing, she does everything with her heart in the right place. She’s there when you need her and shes just great. I recommend this program for anyone fractured from addiction or mental health this place will make you feel whole again!!
On May 30 I went into surf city detox and after about 30 days there which was a pleasant experience I went to Amity. The first person I met was Miles who looks stern but assertive find out he was the most calmest kindest guy there is he listened as did the rest of the staff. The overall groups were educational and dealing with 16 years of drug addiction. I’m proud to say as of May 30 still present sober I just had my first Christmas sober with my children and my wife. It feels good to be alive.
